邢台市图书馆简介

 邢台市图书馆是市级综合性公共图书馆,是向社会公众提供文献借阅、网络和知识咨询服务的公益性文化机构,是全市文献资源收藏中心、书目中心和图书馆间协作协调及业务交流研究中心,主要承担着集中收藏文献信息、提供文献信息查询服务、保障群众基本阅读权利、开展居民素质培训和社会教育等职能。

市图书馆始建于1978年,原址位于邢台市信都区育才南路,1980年8月建成向公众开放。2012年6月29日迁入现址,整栋大楼建筑面积2.5万平方米,市图书馆使用1.5万平方米。邢台市图书馆是国家一级图书馆,先后荣获全国文化系统先进集体、全民阅读示范基地、河北省社会科学普及基地、河北省公民科学素质教育示范单位、河北省全民阅读活动先进单位、河北省文明单位等荣誉称号。

我馆现有藏书60.3万册,其中普通中文图书50.2万册、报刊合订本8.8万册,另藏有地方文献、太行山专题文献、旅游专题文献、盲文图书等。我馆还拥有32万多册电子图书,并订购了万方数据库、博看科普电子期刊、读秀知识库、全国电子报纸索引系统和维普考试系统、库克数字音乐图书馆、中华数字连环画、中国共产党思想理论资源数据库等13个数字资源。馆藏资源涵盖了社会科学、自然科学和综合性学科各个门类,形成了具有特色的多元化文献保障体系。

为提升服务效能,更好服务读者,市图书馆设有总服务台、社科借阅室、自科借阅室、儿童借阅室、报刊阅览室、参考咨询部、典藏图书室、地方文献室、视障阅览室、自习室、公共电子阅览室以及展览区、报告厅、24小时自助图书馆等16个读者服务窗口,拥有阅览座席866个。近年来,又联合社会力量积极建设新型阅读空间,与邢台农村商业银行合作建立儿童银行分馆,与家乐园地产合作建立了天一和院分馆,实现了与市图书馆通借通还,完善了市区公共文化服务网络,方便了市民就近享受公共图书馆服务。

市图书馆长期坚持“读者第一,服务至上”的服务宗旨,采用Interlib图书馆集群自动化管理系统和无线射频识别技术(RFID)进行业务管理与服务,读者借阅图书可在自助终端自主完成,实现了藏、借、阅、管四位一体,“全开架、零门槛”免费自助服务,最大限度为读者提供文献资源借阅、检索与咨询、公益性讲座和展览、基层辅导、读者活动等文化服务。

近年来,市图书馆组织开展了一些列丰富多彩、主题突出、特色鲜明的全民阅读活动,年均举办读者活动200余场次,疫情前年接待读者达到100多万人次、书刊借阅30多万册次,培育打造了邢图讲座、邢图展览、海豚故事会、邢小图视频服务、扫码看书等一批品牌阅读活动。

为适应时代发展,市图书馆不断创新文献服务方式,积极开拓数字阅读新业态。馆内实现了无线网络全覆盖,邢台市数字图书馆、公共数字文化工程、公共电子阅览室等文化惠民工程为读者提供了无处不在的数字阅读服务。市图书馆网站、移动图书馆、微信、微博、抖音等数字化服务平台齐全,为读者提供便捷的数字图书馆服务和图书馆宣传。微信公众号集成了微服务大厅、云阅读、入馆预约等智慧化图书馆服务功能,读者可通过微信公众号进行资源检索、图书续借、数字阅读、了解图书馆信息和参与图书馆活动。歌德电子图书借阅机、中文在线、读报屏、云图数字有声图书馆、库克音乐触控一体机等现代化设备为读者提供电子图书借阅、数字报刊阅览、有声图书下载、音乐欣赏等服务,使读者享受多样化的现代阅读体验。

邢台市图书馆作为公众社会教育的知识殿堂,以先进的设施、完备的功能、优雅的环境和优质的服务,在倡导全民阅读,建设书香社会中发挥了积极作用,并将更好地为邢台经济社会发展提供精神动力、智力支持和文化保障。

The brief introduction of Xingtai Library

Xingtai Library is a municipal comprehensive public library.It is a public welfare cultural institution to provide the social public with document lending,network and knowledge consultation service.And it is the municipal center that collects the literature resources and books,and the center that seeks collaboration,coordination and communication among libraries.And the main functions of the library are collecting literature information,providing consulting service of literature information,protecting people’s basic reading rights and holding citizen quality training and social education.

Xingtai library,which is located at Yucai South Road,Xindu District,was set up in 1978,and opened to the public in August 1980.On June 29,2012,the library was moved to NO.789 North Gangtie Road.The library building ,which covers an area of about 2.5 million square meters,and of which 1.5 million square meters is used by Xingtai library.Xingtai library,as the library at the first level,has won “advanced collectives of national culture system”,“the base of national reading”,“the base of Hebei social science”,“the model unit of Hebei citizen’s scientific quality-oriented education”,“advanced unit of the national reading activity of Hebei province”,“provincial civilized unit”and so on.

There are more than 603,000 books,including 502,000 Chinese books,88,000 periodical bound volumes and there are also books about local literature,Tai-hang culture,travel culture,braille and so on.In addition,there are 320,000 electronic books in the library.We have bought 13 databases including Wanfang database,Bokan science electronic journal,Duxiu knowledge base,national electronic newspaper indexing system , the VIP test system,Cook’s digital music library,Chinese digital comics,the theoretical system of the Communist Party of China and so on.The library collections have formed a distinctive diversified literature guarantee system,which covers social science,natural science and synthetical science.

In order to improve the service efficiency and give better service to readers,the library has 16 reading service windows,which are front desk,social science reading room,natural science reading room,children’s reading room,newspapers and periodicals reading room,reference department,collection book stack,local literature room,visual impairment reading room,self-study room,public electronic reading room,exhibition hall,lecture hall,and 24-hour library.And there are also 866 reading seats.In recent years,we have united all sectors of communities to create new reading areas.We have cooperated with Xingtai rural commercial bank to establish the Children Bank Branch Library,and cooperated with Jialeyuan real estate developer to establish Tianyiheyuan library.The three libraries have formed unified loan and return mode,which improves public service system of culture and provides convenience to readers,who can go to the nearby library.

Xingtai library adheres to the long-term“reader first and service supreme”as the service tenet.The library uses Interlib and RFID for business management and service,and it is convenient and efficient for readers to borrow books at self-service terminals.As for all books and periodicals in the lending service area are realized the“four-in-one”of collection,lending,reading and management,and realized the free self-service of“all open-shelf,zero threshold”.The library providsd the readers with maximum service,such as books lending,retrieval and consulting,public lecture and exhibition,basic coaching,reader’s activities and so on.

 In recent years,the library has organized a series of colorful nationwide reading activities with prominent themes and distinctive features,and held more than 200 reader activities annually.In the year before last,during the epidemic,more than 1,000,000 readers were received and more than 300,000 books and periodicals were borrowed.We have created a number of brand reading activities such as Xingtu lecture,Xingtu exhibition,Dophin story,Xingxiaotu video service,Scan code reading.

In order to adapt to the development of the times,the library keeps innovating the ways of document service mode and actively explores the new atmosphere of digital reading.The library has achieved full coverage of wireless network.The cultural projects such as Xingtai digital library,public digital culture project and public electronic reading room provide readers with ubiquitous digital reading services.The comprehensive digital service platforms including municipal library website,mobile library,Wechat,Weibo,Tik Tok and other digital service platforms provide readers with convenient digital library services and library  publicity.The Wechat official account contains library service functions such as Wechat service hall,Cloud reading and library entry reservation.Readers can use the Wechat official account to retrieve the resource,renew books,read digital books,get the library information and participate in library activities.Geothe e-book borrowing machine,Chinese online,newspaper reading screen,Yuntu digital audio library,Cook Music touch all-in-one computer and other modern equipment are here to provide readers with e-book borrowing,digital newspapers reading,audio books download,music appreciation and other services,and so that readers can enjoy a variety of modern experiences.

As the knowledge palace of public education,Xingtai Library playes an active role in advocating nationwide reading and building a scholarly society with advanced facilities,complete functions,elegant environment and high-quality service,and provides spiritual motivation,intellectual support and cultural guarantee for the economic and social development of Xingtai.
