免费服务项目

根据文化部、财政部《关于推进全国美术馆、公共图书馆、文化馆（站）免费开放工作的意见》精神，现将我馆开馆时间和免费服务项目公示如下：

一、开馆时间

周二至周五9:00—17:00，周六至周日9:00—18:00，周一闭馆。（2023年9月5日起执行新开放时间）

节假日开放时间另行通知。一层24小时自助图书馆全天开放。

二、公共空间设施场地免费开放

报刊阅览室、社科借阅室、自科借阅室、儿童借阅室、24小时自助图书馆、典藏室、多媒体阅览室（公共电子阅览室）、报告厅（培训室、综合活动室）、展厅、自修室、休闲区等公共空间设施场地全部免费开放。

三、基本文化服务项目免费提供

1、文献借阅、检索与咨询服务：图书、报刊等各类纸本文献和电子文献资源借阅、检索与咨询服务。

2、政府公开信息免费查阅服务。

3、邢图讲座：每周定期举办。

4、公益展览：每年不定期举办公益展览。

5、基层辅导：结合基层图书馆需求开展业务辅导。

6、流动服务：为馆外流动服务点提供文献服务和指导。

7、读书宣传活动：组织形式多样、丰富多彩的读书宣传活动。

8、网络服务：邢台市图书馆(邢台市数字图书馆)网站、公共电子阅览室、邢台市图书馆微信、移动图书馆。

四、辅助性服务全部免费

1、读者证免费办理服务。具体包括首次办理读者证免工本费、免年自然损耗费、免验证费。

2、存包、直饮水、中央空调等全部免费。

Free Services

In accordance with the “Opinions on Promoting The Free Opening of Art Museums, Public Libraries and Cultural Centers (Stations) in China” issued by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Finance, the opening time and free service items of our library are hereby publicized as follows: 

ⅠThe Opening Hours：

Tuesday to Friday 9:00-17:00, Saturday to Sunday 9:00-18:00.

The library is Open from Tuesday to Sunday, and is closed on Monday. Please see the further notice for opening time on holidays. The 24-hour self-service library on the ground floor is open all day.

Ⅱ Public facilities and venues are free of charge

Newspapers and Periodicals Reading Room、Social Science Reading Room、Natural Science Reading Room、Children's reading room、24-hour self-service library、collection book stack、multimedia reading room (public electronic reading room)、lecture hall (training room, activity room)、exhibition hall、self-study room、leisure area and other public facilities are free of charge.

Ⅲ Basic cultural services are provided free of charge

1.Books borrowing, retrieval and consulting services: borrowing, searching and consulting services of various paper documents, such as books、newspapers and periodicals and electronic document resources.

2.The public information government made is free to be inquired.

3.Xingtai library lectures:lectures are held regularly every week.

4.Public service exhibitions:The public exhibitions are held irregularly every year.

5.The basic library service system: To provide help to the basic libraries according to their needs.

6.Mobile library services: Provide services of lecture and guidance to mobile library service centers.

7.The reading publicity activities:Organize various and colorful activities for the publicity of reading.

8.Network services: Websites of Xingtai Library (Xingtai Digital Library)、Public Electronic Reading Room、Wechat of Xingtai Library and Mobile Libraries provide services to the public.

Ⅳ All auxiliary services are free of charge.

1.The service of the application of reader’s card is free of charge. Specifically, the cost of the reader’s first card、the card natural loss, reader’s card verification services are all free.

2.The services of bag deposit, drinking water, and central air conditioning are all free.
