借阅规则

一、图书馆使用自助借还和门禁系统，凡本馆读者均可使用读者证入馆并借阅、阅览书刊，利用电子阅览室等。

二、以下资料仅可在馆内阅览：1、典藏图书室、地方文献室和古籍阅览室的藏书以及过刊室的过刊过报合订本；2、现期期刊、报纸和合订本报纸；3、超过押金数额的图书；4、视听资料等。

三、读者应爱护图书，不得将图书任意圈画，污损或撕页，书中所附设施（磁条、条形码、电子标签等）请注意保护，不得损坏与更改，违者予以重罚。

四、借阅手续

1、借出图书、期刊合订本须使用读者证在自助借还机办理借出手续；在馆阅览书刊等文献资料，每次最多可取阅2册，不得拥有多本，以免影响他人阅读。读者阅读后应将书刊、报纸放回原处或书车内。

2、典藏图书室、地方文献室和古籍阅览室的图书、报纸和期刊等需要部分复印的，可在各阅览室服务台凭有效证件办理相应手续后，到总服务台复印，完成后立即归还；

3、所借图书要当面检查，如有破损或缺页，应及时向工作人员声明，并盖相应印章，以明责任。

五、借阅数量和期限

每个读者证可借各类图书和期刊合订本3册或6册（定价合计在押金数额内），借期30天，可续借1次。续借手续可通过自助借还机或网站、微信平台、移动图书馆办理。

六、逾期责任

到还书日期既没有归还又没有办理续借手续的，过期每天每册收取文献使用过期费0.1元，最高上限为20元/册。读者须在总服务台缴清文献使用过期费后，方可重新享有图书馆服务。

The rules for borrowing

Ⅰ Xingtai Library uses the self-service borrowing and returning system and the access control system.The readers who use the  reader’s cards can borrow and read books and visit the E-reading room of the library and so on.

Ⅱ The following information can be read only in the library:

1. The books of collection book stack、local literature room and ancient book-collection room,and the bound volumes of the back issues in the outdated periodical room;2.Current periodicals、newspapers and the newspaper files;3.The books which the price exceed the deposit amount;4.Audio-visual materials and so on.

Ⅲ Readers should take good care of the books.Do not scribble on the pages of books、deface library books or tear them out.Please be mindful of protecting the facilities(magnetic strips、bar codes、electronic tags)in the books,and it is forbidden to damage or change the facilities,or the offenders will be severely punished.

Ⅳ Borrowing procedures

1. Please use the reader’s card to borrow books and bound periodicals at the self-checkout machine;The readers can only take two books or periodicals at a time when they are reading books and periodicals etc,in order to avoid influence other readers.Please replace the books to the original place or book vehicles after reading.

2. If the readers  want to copy partial materials of the books、newspapers and periodicals from collection books stack、local literature room and ancient book-collection room,they can handle the related procedures with their valid documentation at the service counter,then they can copy the materials at the front desk and return the materials instantly after coping.

3. The readers should check the books borrowed face to face,and they shall tell the librarians in time when they find book damaging or page missing,then the librarians shall seal the book.

Ⅴ The number and date limits of borrowing books

Each reader’s card can borrow three or six books and bound periodicals.(The total price is within the deposit amount.)The date limits of books are for 30 days and renewal is only for once.The readers can renew the books by the self-checkout machine、website、WeChat platform and mobile library.

Ⅵ Overdue Responsibility

If the readers fail to return books or renew books in time,they should pay fines for overdue books(the fee is RMB 0.1 yuan per book per day),and payments are limited to a maximum of 20 yuan per book.The readers will enjoy the services from library again after paying their fines.
